Bloomin' Marvellous

Sowing the seeds of change and positivity through a series of  creative, sensory based, wellbeing workshops.

Throughout this course of holistic workshops, we will concentrate on one sense per session, with the sixth session being an opportunity for participants to consolidate and enhance the work they have created.

Participants will be encouraged to explore and respond to their feelings and surroundings through the media of creative writing, art, wellbeing and sensory exercises.
In addition to this exploration and the acquisition of practical skills, participants will have the chance to mix socially, whilst working on the goals they wish to focus on.
Set in Reculver Country Park, Bloomin' Marvellous! will take place in HatHats Coastal Classroom, with its sea views, rolling countryside and the iconic Reculver Towers as picturesque backdrop and inspiration.

Each session will be delivered by two workshop leaders, both with wide experience in their field, current DBS and Public Liability Insurance.
